Honey Smothies

A properly prepared smoothie is a great option for breakfast, a snack after a workout, or a light dinner. Balanced composition and low caloric value of a smoothie will help to enrich your body with useful substances and keep you fit. It is believed that smoothies can be made with random ingredients; in fact, there are several "classic" ingredients, including natural honey.

Honey Oatmeal Smoothie

A smoothie with honey and oatmeal is a nutritious and delicious breakfast, especially for athletes. You can make a honey-peach smoothie to add even more flavor!

What you will need:

-1 large peach;

-1 cup of oatmeal;

-2 cups of milk;

-2 tablespoons of honey.

Wash the peach and take out the pit. Then cut the peach into small cubes and put them in a blender.

Put the oatmeal on top, and then add milk and honey. Just a few seconds of blender’s work and your smoothie is ready! Next time try adding banana or apricots to the mix!

Honey & Curd Smoothie

Honey and curd smoothies are also worth trying! They are rich in nutrients and vitamins, which makes them an excellent choice for a meal.

What you will need:

-10-15 cherry berries(frozen ones work too!);

-a package of curd;

-1 tablespoon of honey;

-a banana.

Put the curd in a blender, then add honey, banana, and cherries to the mix. Wait for it to become a smooth mass – and enjoy your smoothie! You can use yogurt instead of curd, and add more berries like blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries.

Green Smoothie

Vegetables can be used in smoothies too! Combined with honey, they endow your drink with powerful cleansing and restorative abilities. Try making this honey, spinach, and ginger smoothie.

What you will need:

-1 tablespoon of honey;

-small ginger root (the same size as your thumb);

-2 handfuls of spinach;

-2 green apples.

Grate the ginger root on a small grater, put it in a blender, and add spinach, honey, and sliced apples(without skin). Your smoothie may turn out to think – just pour some water into it until you can drink it with a straw.
