Shipping & Return Policy
Please note, we are not responsible for undelivered claims. We ship to the address provided in the "shipping address". If the package is tracked as delivered and for any reason, you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
For all orders shipping inside of United States, we are happy to offer free standard shipping for orders over $50. For all other orders you can use the shipping rates calculator on the checkout page to see what your shipping cost would be to any area in United States.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday, 9 AM EST to 2 PM EST. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. All orders will ship within 24 business hours of receipt. If you are placing an order before 2 PM EST, and would like to have it shipped the same day, please contact us and we will do our best to ship the order the same day. If your order is time-sensitive, please select the appropriate shipping method to ensure the delivery meets your schedule.
All standard United States shipping holidays apply.
We typically ship Monday through Friday, except on Federal Holidays.
All times below are in business days after the package leaves our warehouse.
- USPS Priority: 2 to 3 business days
For domestic orders with standard shipping, we ship all packages either by FedEx or USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class. Delivery times range depending upon your location. We also offer the option of selecting shipping and paying for quicker delivery services.
We do not ship Internationally

We stand behind our products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for replacement, credit, or refund.
Steps to process a return:
- Submit your request to return your items for REFUND upon e-mail.
- Specify the items that you are looking to return.
- Email return tracking and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Once received, the return will be processed within 10-14 business days and a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days. If the returns department has questions, they will reach out by phone or email.
What is the warranty policy?
- We will warranty and replace items that have been deemed defective within 30 days of purchase.
- When submitting a damage claim; email Client Services a photo of the damage and the order number to email@example.com.
- For any damaged item, you may be required to provide a photo.
- Client Services will review your claim and inform you of our final decision.
o Purchases made from entities other than alohahoney.farm are not eligible for return credit or exchange. Please contact the retailer where the Aloha Honey purchase was made and inquire about their exchange or return policy.
o International Orders are non-refundable.
o Shipping charges are non-refundable.
o Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days* of receipt. After 30 days, returns will not be authorized.
o Opened items are not eligible for full return credit.
o Items that are shipped to Aloha Honey Farm without adequate packing to ensure the safe return and are subsequently damaged are not eligible for full return credit.
o Aloha Honey Farm cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
