Credit Cards

We accept credit cards, PayPal. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address, telephone number and email (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card is immediately charged automatically when you complete your order online. 

 

Privacy

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, and phone number. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.  

 

Order Policies

  • Our in-house lead time is 2-3 days for most orders.
  • Customers will receive three notifications about the order.

1) An order confirmation by email

2) Notification right when the order was shipped

3) Tracking number to track your order with the USPS 

  • Shortages and back-orders: If an item on an order is not available, we will notify the customer by email. The customer can request a substitution or change to the order. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours we will ship the order without that item(s). 

 

Shipping Policies

  • FREE shipping in the USA
  • We use USPS Priority only (2-3 days)
  • Once the product leaves our warehouse and shipped it becomes a legal responsibility of USPS to deliver it. 

 

Shipping Damage

If you receive a damaged shipment:

  1. Accept the shipment. 
  2. Contact AlohaHoneyFarm with the details of the damage via email with at least one photo included and it will be replaced

 

Warranty and Return Policy

If your order was stolen when arrived it is not our responsibility to replace.

  • Any damaged items that arrived to the customer will be replaced.
  • AlohaHoneyFarm will accept products for a full refund under very specific circumstances which can be discussed vai email only. There is no guarantee that all requests will be granted after consideration of our team. 
  • If a customer receives a product that was not ordered, or otherwise shipped in error, AlohaHoneyFarm will pay the return shipping costs.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
