An organically-grown Chinese green tea that is grown and processed using Japanese methods. The leaves are steamed instead of pan-fired, and brews a crisp and clean cup with notes of freshly steamed edamame. Refreshing, sweet, and much more delicate than most Senchas. If you're new to Sencha (and the vibrant teas of Japan in general), this would be a great place to start.
